Meet our Psychology Team

Dr. Cedomir (Charlie) Ignjatovic

Clinical Psychologist

As a Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience and a Ph.D. from the University of Melbourne’s Centre for Wellbeing Science, I understand how it feels to be trapped, misunderstood, and worn down by life’s challenges. Often, it can feel like the weight is only growing, leaving you isolated and unsure where to turn. Deep down, you want change—you want to feel alive again, not just get by.

That’s where I come in. I am dedicated to helping you work through the confusion and uncertainty, to find clarity and purpose. Together, we’ll navigate beyond societal expectations and tune into what truly matters to you. We’ll explore the core question, “Is this the life I want?” and, from there, carve a way forward that aligns with your heart.

my approach

Therapy, in my view, is a collaborative journey. You are the expert on your own life; my role is to support you in discovering your values, unlocking your potential, and moving beyond the barriers that hold you back. Through our work, you’ll gain the clarity and tools needed to create a life that reflects who you truly are.

I integrate various evidence-based therapies, tailored to meet your unique needs. My approach includes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT). I also bring specialised expertise in autism spectrum challenges, trauma recovery, and emotional regulation to create a safe space for deep healing and growth.
